Senior Club

The senior club welcomes both new archers, via the beginners course and experienced archers transfering from other clubs.  We have a friendly relaxed atmosphere and enjoy both social and competitive shooting.

We run training, coaching and tuning sessions on a Monday evening.

Club sessions are on a Tuesday and Thursday evening (6p- 8.30p  when daylight permits) and also on a Saturday and Sunday (10a - 1p)
From the 1st Tuesday in October shooting swaps to indoors on a Tuesday evening from 6pm till 8.50pm but continues throughout the year outdoors on a Saturday morning.

All new members are placed on a 'probationary' period intitially.  For those new to the sport and joining straight off a beginners course you will be restricted to shooting during club sessions for 12 weeks.  This allows you time to meet more club members, to continue to build on your experience gained on the beginners course, and hopefully this will then allow you to progress and encourage further development.

For those joining us from another club or with considerable archery experience your probationary period will last for 6 weeks.  During this time you will also be restricted to club sessions.  This period allows us time to complete your paperwork and necessary checks before you are given unrestricted access.  Once a 'full unrestricted' member you will have access 7 days a week from 7am till 9pm(when daylight permits)

Club kit consists of polo and swet shirts, waterproof jackets, woolly hats etc all in club colours and embroidered with the club badge.  Anyone looking to purchase club kit, our supplier is Sporting Touch in Nuneaton.  They can be reached on 024 76351490  or by visiting them at, Unit 12, Alliance Cl, Nuneaton CV11 6SD
